This is an exciting opportunity for a senior interior designer/architect to join a residential developer based in West London. The studio is looking to appoint an architect, interior architect or interior designer for their studio, focusing on high-end residential projects. Successful candidates will have a portfolio of design-led, high-end residential projects and a passion for this niche sector.

The studio is split between traditional architecture and development, with a dedicated team for interiors and architecture design. This is a career-defining opportunity for architects who want to step into development without leaving all the design behind and working on 'the other side'. The role involves leading a junior team and leading your own projects, with a focus on design excellence.

The client is looking for an architect/interior design leader who wants to dedicate their time and energy to design excellence. Ideally, profiles who have existing high-end residential experience are preferred. The team are dedicated to designing best-in-class interiors, and the studio has grown considerably, requiring a hands-on lead that can guide, mentor and empower.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading teams and guiding junior designers
  • Pitching and presenting schemes to clients
  • Juggling consultant teams and managing projects
  • Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-end residential projects
  • Collaborating with the design team to deliver best-in-class interiors

The studio is based in West London, and the role requires a commitment to 3 days working in the office.
