About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to join our client in West Yorkshire, a market leader committed to adapting to changing health and safety legislation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Monitor and review team performance, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and maintenance.
  5. Delegate tasks, manage team communication, and assist with complex customer service issues.
  6. Provide management reports and insights for senior management review meetings.
  7. Analyse performance data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
  8. Foster a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring consistent, flawless service delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous leadership or office management experience, with a focus on team management.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent initiative and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, excellent career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
