Job Title: HSEQ Advisor

About the Role:

Urban Connect is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team in the Midlands region. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects to meet the requirements of the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist site teams and managers through inspections to identify hazards and minimize risks.
  • Champion HSEQ initiatives in the workplace and ensure adherence to legislation.
  • Support the development and implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
  • CEnv or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an HSEQ Advisory role.
  • Prior knowledge of Civil Engineering/Water Industry.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and lead by example.
