HSEQ Advisor Job Description

Urban Connect is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects to meet the requirements of the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support site teams and managers through inspections, identifying hazards, and minimizing risks.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and improving health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Champion HSEQ initiatives in the workplace and ensure adherence to legislation.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
  • CEnv or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an HSEQ Advisory role, with site inspection and audit experience.
  • Prior knowledge of Civil Engineering or Water Industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • High standard of written English and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and work alone to tight deadlines.
