Your Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and understanding.
- Empower clients to achieve their goals for independent living.
- Facilitate social integration by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
- Provide practical assistance to residents with daily living tasks and support needs.
