We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Data Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to join our Digital team. As an Ecommerce Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing sales performance, identifying opportunities for revenue optimisation, and providing actionable insights to inform trading decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Track and Optimise: Leverage GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor key ecommerce metrics and customer journeys, providing actionable insights that inform trading decisions and promote bestselling products.
  • Custom Insights: Create tailored reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders, showcasing the impact of ecommerce initiatives on financial and profitability success.
  • Collaborate and Experiment: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to run data-driven experiments and A/B testing to optimise the user journey and enhance digital channels.
  • Uncover Trends: Analyse data, visualise insights, and spot opportunities to enhance our digital channels, staying ahead of ecommerce trends and best practices.
  • Report and Improve: Regularly share KPI analysis, highlighting success areas and optimisation opportunities, and work closely on ecommerce and conversion rate optimisation strategies backed by Return on Investment modelling.
  • Google Analytics 4 Whizz: Dive deep into GA4 setup, integrations, and tracking maintenance, sharing your GA4 knowledge to boost the team's self-sufficiency.
