Job Title: Digital Data Analyst

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team as a Digital Data Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing insight and analytical direction to aid the digital team and stakeholders to make decisions and meet group growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insight and analytical direction to support the digital team and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of correct tracking and analytics suite for Marketing & Digital experience.
  • Support the production of palatable MI with actionable insights and ensure exception reporting is in place to manage performance SLAs.
  • Assist the maintenance of multiple Google Analytics accounts and profiles spanning a number of customer-facing websites across the wider Ardonagh Group.
  • Support the maintenance and housekeeping of Google Tag Manager and the tracking tags and pixels within the container which sit across our front end and back-end web properties.
  • Support the provision of Trading Insights to support Head of Trading: Reporting and providing insight into our end-to-end Digital performance.
  • Working with multiple GA4 accounts and brands.

Requirements:

This is an opportunity for an individual with web analytics and digital marketing experience, ideally from a financial services environment, who is a creative and strategic thinker. You will be a subject matter expert with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player, and someone who can demonstrate passion for showcasing digital performance.
