About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Support Lead at IAG GBS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business teams and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our business teams to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the finance team to resolve issues related to finance documents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to simplify and optimize our procurement processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to our business teams on finance processes and procedures.
  • Representation: Represent the GBS team in meetings with business stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Language: Native English speaker.
  • Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supplier and contract management, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Skills: Strong business and financial acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP, Ariba.
