Talent and Wellbeing Manager Job Description

SmartSourcing plc is seeking an experienced Talent and Wellbeing Manager to join our team. As a key member of the SMT, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent management strategy that drives business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in areas such as recruitment, talent development, and employee wellbeing. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted initiatives to address them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a talent management plan that attracts, retains, and develops top talent
  • Driving employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives to enhance our company culture
  • Managing employee wellbeing programs to promote employee health and wellbeing
  • Collaborating with external partners to maintain and update our HR systems and processes
  • Identifying and addressing skills gaps through targeted training and development programs
  • Providing regular updates to the SMT on People & Culture metrics and KPIs
  • Fostering equality and diversity in the business and working with the SMT to deliver People & Culture projects as required

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and access to a range of employee discounts and perks. Our offices are located in the UK, with occasional travel required to other UK offices and possibly Europe.
