Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

At The Portfolio Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR Consultancy Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Overview

This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of employment legislation, particularly in relation to policy wording and requirements. You will be responsible for creating client documentation, liaising with clients over the phone, and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain client documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and policies.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with the Digital Field Consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Record work and client interactions using computerized systems, adhering to quality criteria and instructions.
  5. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development days to enhance your skills and knowledge.
