About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and focused individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have experience of administration and customer service, and preferably knowledge of HR systems or databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and delivery of our operational HR service, including issuing contracts, processing leavers, employee lifecycle changes and reports.
  • Providing standard HR policy and procedural advice to colleagues.
  • Maintaining data through the HR systems and records, ensuring compliance regulations are met.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries and guidance.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a commitment to customer service and a focus on delivering an excellent HR service. The successful candidate will have experience of administration and customer service, and preferably knowledge of HR systems or databases.
