Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

At The Portfolio Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR Consultancy Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their HR needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a consultancy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in HR software and systems.
