Part Time Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and raise customer invoices.
  • Manage customer invoices and handle various tasks using a SAGE-based system.
  • Log and bank incoming customer cheques as required.
  • Create reports using SAGE and Excel as needed.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing post.
  • Obtain sales prices from the relevant advisor when information is missing from the system.
  • Query supplier/sales prices with the relevant supplier or advisor.
  • Keep Google Drive up to date with supplier price lists.
  • Assist the Business Coordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Word & Excel.
  • Experience in general administration or working in a busy office environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy skills.
  • Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable.
