About the Role:

Refresco is seeking a highly skilled SAP Training Manager to play a pivotal role in the Aspire+ UK SAP Implementation Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that enables the seamless adoption of standardized business processes through SAP S4/HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the Training Strategy & Approach
  • Develop a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the target audiences and incorporate within training plan
  • Identify and upskill resources (via train the trainer) to deliver end user training both during SAP deployment and for BAU requirements
  • Manage the logistics and creation of a training schedule for a multi-site model, ensuring that all training is completed in a timely manner and that all users have attained sufficient competency to perform their roles post go-live

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Significant, verifiable experience in developing and executing training strategies and designs for large-scale ERP solutions
  • A proven history of successfully leading training workstreams, particularly in relation to technology implementations, ideally in SAP or other ERP systems
