Supported Living Service Lead

Domus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Living Service Lead to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical disabilities, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring effective use of resources to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Provide regular supervision to staff, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with our Service Development Team to select and assess potential new residents, and ensure a smooth transition into the service.
  • Develop and implement dynamic support plans for each service user, involving them as much as possible and taking into account their needs and aspirations.
  • Ensure the service provides a safe and supportive environment that promotes the personal development of service users.
  • Take a lead role in risk analysis, ensuring appropriate assessments and plans are in place to minimize risk.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience at management level is essential.
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
