Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair electro-mechanical high-value 5-axis equipment/machinery at customer sites, adhering to technical specifications and manufacturer instructions.
  • Operate equipment/machinery to ensure optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Train customer personnel on equipment maintenance, adjustment, and repair.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities for promoting additional services and spare part sales.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment, adhering to lean manufacturing principles and 5S standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Fives' Health & Safety standards and promote a professional image.
  • Support on-site at Cross Hills, working on Fives Landis Ltd. equipment/machinery as required.
