As an HR Generalist at Care Rose Cares Ltd, you will play a vital role in managing human resources functions to support the well-being of our caregiving team. Your expertise in HR processes and interpersonal skills will contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment in the Colchester/Harlow area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address workplace issues in collaboration with management.

You will administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Additionally, you will support performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback, and assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.

You will also coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development. This may involve collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
