- Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Personal Qualities
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate sensitive situations.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach to HR.
Salary up to £55k + Benefits.
