About the Role

As a Primary Education Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to our pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your expertise will be invaluable as you assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring that all students are actively participating and achieving their best. You will have the opportunity to work closely with children, helping them develop their academic and social skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
  2. Lead small group interventions and one-to-one support for students who need extra help.
  3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and motivated to learn.

The salary for this role is £110 per day, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about working with children and contributing to their development. The position also offers opportunities for career progression and additional training within a supportive leadership team.
