Job Overview
In a rapidly growing company specializing in advanced roofing systems, we are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our sales team. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of technical understanding and strong customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responding to Enquiries: Efficiently manage incoming customer enquiries via email and phone, helping customers select suitable products.
- Quotation Preparation: Review CAD drawings and models to develop accurate quotations.
- Data Management: Enter and track project information and follow-up tasks on the CRM.
- Customer Relations: Follow up on quotes, manage CRM follow-up tasks, and build confidence in the product offerings through strong product knowledge and customer service.

**Requirements:**
- Technical Background: Experience with construction drawings and models.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers on the phone.
- Organisational Ability: Strong ability to manage follow-up tasks and stay organised in a busy work environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office apps and HubSpot (or similar CRM software).
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with values of humility, innovation, focus, enthusiasm, and integrity.

**Salary Range:** £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role offers a competitive salary, 31 days holiday, sales-based bonus, 5 paid sick days per year, free lunches, onsite parking, and modern, air-conditioned offices.
