Job Title: Sales Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our dynamic sales team, working closely with our customers to provide expert advice and support.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for managing project information, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication with both sales and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Enquiries: Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice on our products and services.
  • Develop Accurate Quotations: Review CAD drawings and models to develop accurate quotations, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Track Project Information: Enter and track project information and follow-up tasks on our CRM system, ensuring efficient project management.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Follow up on quotes, manage CRM follow-up tasks, and build confidence in our product offerings through strong product knowledge and customer service.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive project momentum and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: Experience with construction drawings and models.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong Organisational Ability: Strong ability to manage follow-up tasks and stay organised in a busy work environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office apps and HubSpot (or similar CRM software).
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with values of humility, innovation, focus, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Salary Information

£40,000 - £56,000 per annum DOE (Depending on Experience)
