About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring all products are manufactured to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing multiple priorities, preparing reports on production performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
