The Role
This HR Advisor position plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of the Severn Group's People strategy, working closely with the Divisional HR Business Partner. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures;
- Providing expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees;
- Collaborating with the wider People Team on HR initiatives and projects;
- Strengthening employee relations and engagement within the organization;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
We're seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
