Clinical Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Software Trainer to join our team in Wales. This field-based role requires travel across the country to deliver on-site training, and you will be based in Wales or a commutable distance with a full clean driving license.

This role is ideal for individuals who have an aptitude for delivering training, whether through previous experience or a passion for coaching and mentoring. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to GP practices migrating to our EMIS Web system.

As a Clinical Software Trainer, you will receive a supportive onboarding journey to enable you to deliver high-quality training on-site and remotely. A company electric car is included in this role, and there is a requirement for overnight stays on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the EMIS Web system to customers and provide support as a system specialist.
  • Deliver Transformation services to established customers, identifying and implementing high-complexity solutions.
  • Analyze customer and user requirements, matching them to EMIS Health products and services to find better ways of working.
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering training sessions in various settings and styles, including one-to-one, small group sessions, seminar-style events, and train-the-trainer sessions on-site or remotely.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for excellent customer delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen carefully, empathize, and provide clear and consistent education.
  • Previous experience of providing excellent customer service or customer delivery.
  • The ability to contribute to the creation of dynamic training materials that support knowledge transfer.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout Wales and potentially the UK to deliver training and service on-site with customers.
About Us:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be working for Egton Medical Information Systems, a leading provider of healthcare IT systems.
