Educational and Mental Health Support Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Education and Mental Health Professional to join our team in Wandsworth. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with mental health or developmental challenges. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and apply your knowledge in a supportive environment.

Key Role Details
  • Initial Contract: November 2024 to the end of the academic year (extension opportunities available)
  • Location: Mainstream and specialist settings in Wandsworth
  • Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, paid weekly on a PAYE basis (£480 per week)
  • We require you to have a 2:1 or 1st Class degree in Psychology
  • You should have an interest in supporting individuals with mental health or developmental challenges

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Deliver targeted support services to meet the diverse needs of clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Contribute to ongoing research and evaluation initiatives to improve service quality
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
