Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Support Business Development Managers and manage their accounts, building and maintaining relationships with brokers, dealers, and end customers.
- Finance Product Quoting: Quote various finance product types to different parties, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Application Processing: Process financial applications from initial proposal stage to pay-out, producing various finance agreement documents for customer signature.
- Client Communication: Deal with a high volume of emails and phone calls, communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business policies and procedures, continually seeking opportunities to improve operations and build efficiencies into processes.
- Client Enquiries: Own, investigate, and resolve all Client enquiries, regardless of complexity, providing excellent service via verbal and written forms of communication.
- Reporting and Analysis: Support Senior/Client Support Manager through providing accurate reporting on processes completed and variance, ensuring individual and departmental MI is available to drive performance and forecasting.
- Sales and Client Services Experience: Proven track record in sales admin, client services, or account management within the financial services industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and introducers.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
- Computer Skills: Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn new skills as the business grows.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Excellent consumer lending regulatory knowledge and understanding, including FCA, JMLSG, BCOBBS.
