About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offering companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assisting with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social events
- Administering medication as required
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK and be 18+ years old
- Full driving license and access to a fully insured car
- Warm and caring nature, with a passion for making a difference
- Reliable and responsible, with good communication skills
- Experience in care (personal, dementia, or other) is valuable, but full training will be provided
