Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and accompanying clients to appointments.
  • Administer medication to clients, as required.
Requirements:
  • You must be 18+ years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must have a full driving license and access to a fully insured car.
  • You must have a warm and caring nature, with a passion for making a difference to someone's day.
  • You must be reliable, responsible, and have good communication skills.
  • Experience in care is valuable, but full training will be provided.
