About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social events.
- Administer medication and provide other forms of support as needed.
Requirements
- You must have the right to work in the UK and be 18+ years old.
- You must have a full driving license and access to a fully insured car.
- You must have a warm heart and caring nature, with a passion for making a difference in someone's life.
- You must be reliable, responsible, and have good communication skills.
- Experience in care is valuable, but full training will be provided.
