Job Description

As a Field Care Supervisor with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans to ensure the highest quality care.
  • Conducting staff supervisions and client QA's to maintain the highest standards.
  • Creating, updating, and auditing client care plans, as well as assisting with digital care planning.
  • Maintaining accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Conducting client and Care Professional introductions to foster positive relationships.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Carrying out client reviews and implementing actions accordingly.
  • Supporting and mentoring Care Professionals to ensure their growth and development.
  • Providing support to the Client Experience team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and Care Professionals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Performing any other duties as directed by your line manager to ensure the successful operation of the business.
  • Participating in on-call duties as required to provide 24/7 support.
  • Ensuring compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in respect of employment and service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
  • A passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  • A full and clear UK driver's license.
  • Reliable access to a fully insured car.
  • The right to live and work in the UK.
  • Prior Care experience and completion of a Care Certificate.
  • A minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 - equivalent or above.
