Fleet Operations Coordinator

About Black Fox Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our successful team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our transport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our fleet and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and ensure timely invoicing
- Support management teams to ensure invoices from both internal and external suppliers
- Check for warranty repairs and manage invoicing regimes
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in fleet management and logistics. You will have a proven track record of working within a similar role, ideally in the HGV/LGV sector. You will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
