About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced Learning Disability Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and review health improvement programmes in various settings.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, training, and clinical support to students and trained practitioners.
  • Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level supplemented by post-registration diploma level specialist training.
  • Membership of the relevant Professional Body.
  • Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level.
