We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Project Worker at our Homelessness Service. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to customers to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Assess customer needs and develop personalized support plans to ensure their well-being and independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to provide a comprehensive support service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
  • Liaise with external agencies to provide training and support to customers
  • Handle emergency situations and provide crisis support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions and progress

Requirements

  • Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and work to deadlines
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
