Project Overview

Sofina Foods is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Haverhill. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in directing, coordinating, implementing, controlling, and completing projects while aligning with the strategic goals and commitments of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and key milestones
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical) from an accredited institution
  • Technical skills: Solid understanding of engineering principles, proficiency in relevant software/tools, and familiarity with industry standards
  • Analytical and problem-solving skill: Exceptional ability to analyse complex issues and devise effective solutions
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Proven track record of successful teamwork
