About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Activity Coordinator to join our team at Runwood Homes. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering meaningful activities and occupations for our residents, ensuring they live well and enjoy life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on and deliver high-quality meaningful activities for all residents
- Ensure residents living with dementia have equal opportunities for engagement and activity
- Stimulate excellent interaction and communication between staff and residents
- Promote and develop mealtimes as highlights of the day
- Create and maintain excellent community links

Requirements
We are looking for someone with a positive forward-thinking approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to enthuse and guide others. Care home experience is an advantage, as is any previous experience of providing activity or leading others. You will also need to be assertive, yet flexible.
