Job Title: Head of Sales

ESP Recruitment London (Events) is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Financial Delivery:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to financial planning and delivery of forecasts and budget numbers.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and grow the customer portfolio.
  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Account Management and Administration:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure all records are accurately maintained.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve department efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Liaison and Satisfaction:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
