Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description
  • Lead a team of care professionals in delivering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Social Work or related field (desirable).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
