Employment Support Specialist

The Growth Company's Justice Services is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver rehabilitation and employment training and education support for individuals and groups within our Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme.
About the Role:- Deliver personalized rehabilitation and employment training and education support to individuals and groups, empowering them to achieve their goals.
- Provide expert guidance, coaching, and mentoring to a caseload of participants, facilitating their progress and success.
- Help individuals gain meaningful employment and make a lasting impact on their lives.
- Develop and implement tailored training plans for each participant, addressing their unique needs and aspirations.
- Record interventions and activities, tracking progress and outcomes on our CRM system.
- Coordinate further activity with customers, ensuring seamless support and guidance.
- Provide ongoing support for participants to implement future courses of action, fostering their independence and self-sufficiency.
- Deliver additional interventions as required, adapting to the evolving needs of our participants.
- Dual training as an Employment Advisor/Support Worker, with a strong foundation in rehabilitation and employment support.
- Experience working intensively with individuals, supporting their progression and growth.
- Knowledge of National Probation Services or HM Prison environments, as well as training, education, and employment opportunities locally and nationally.
- Information Advice and Guidance and/or teaching qualifications, a plus.
