Nurseplus UK Ltd is committed to delivering exceptional temporary care staff. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs, from learning difficulties to dementia and complex care requirements.

Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, administering medications, meal preparation, and enabling service users to achieve independence in accordance with their care plans. You will also provide emotional support and companionship as needed.

In exchange for your dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of GBP13.00, flexible shifts to accommodate your lifestyle, and weekly pay. You will also receive comprehensive training aligned with the Care Certificate, access to ongoing support and development opportunities, and eligibility for in-house courses and funded qualifications like NVQ Level 2 and 3.

Please note that candidates must meet specific requirements: be at least 18 years old, hold the right to work in the UK, exhibit flexibility with travel, possess effective communication skills, and obtain an enhanced DBS upon registration (costing GBP56).
