Dementia Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Support Specialist to join our team at Uvedale Hall in Needham Market, Suffolk.
As a Resident Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents
- Supervising the care team and maintaining high standards of care
- Mentoring Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Engaging with residents and families, promoting our services
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a care home or care environment, as well as experience in writing and updating care plans.
This is a 12-hour per week position, worked over 12 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with a salary of £12.20 per hour.
