About the Position:- Provide daily living assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the unique needs of service users.
- Facilitate community outings and social events to promote social interaction and overall well-being.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with certification in healthcare or social work an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
The successful candidate can look forward to a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience, plus comprehensive health insurance and opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
