Salary Information

We offer competitive pay rates for our Care Assistants, with rates ranging from £13.20 per hour during weekdays to £14.70 per hour on weekends. Our Waking Night shifts also come with a premium rate of £132 per shift.

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. This may include:

  • Companionship - engaging in regular social interactions with clients to help combat loneliness and isolation
  • Assistance with daily tasks - helping clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic duties
  • Accompaniment - escorting clients to appointments and shopping trips
  • Personal care - supporting clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to maintain their independence and health
