Job Description

Hilton Care provides high-quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities in Brentwood.

We are looking for a positive, flexible, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and committed individual who is passionate about enabling people to live the life they want.

The role involves supporting people in their daily lives, so they can choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and who they want to do it with.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
  • User-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred support
  • Reliable and trustworthy with excellent communication skills

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
