Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care Essex-West. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our customers in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our customers, including assisting with personal care, cooking, and household tasks.
In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate, paid mileage, and a range of benefits including enhanced bank holiday rates, 28 days' holiday per year, and opportunities for training and development.

- Deliver high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care, cooking, and household tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license.
- Access to a reliable car.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Aged 18+.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rates = £14.00 - £15.50 + Paid mileage.
- Enhanced bank holiday rate = £19.00 per hour.
