Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant to join our team. The salary for this position is estimated at £29,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with challenging behaviour and a strong understanding of child development principles.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to students with SEMH and EBD needs.
- Assist with classroom preparation and execution.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress.
