We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team in a secondary school setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a small group of SEN students in core subjects, ensuring they continue to progress and understand the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting SEN students in core subjects
  • Ensuring students continue to progress and understand the curriculum
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Adapting teaching methods to cater to individual student needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to monitor student progress and provide tailored support

Requirements:

  • 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK University
  • Previous experience working with SEN students essential
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
  • Good behaviour management skills and a solid work ethic

This role offers a competitive salary of £95-105 per day, paid via PAYE. You will also have access to full training and ongoing support from a highly experienced Senior Leadership Team, as well as opportunities for CPD.
