Classroom Experience Specialist Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Experience Specialist to join our team at Step Teachers. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students' learning and engagement.

This opportunity allows you to gain valuable teaching experience, develop essential skills, and build confidence in a real teaching environment. You will have the chance to work in a variety of secondary schools in North London, providing you with a diverse range of experiences and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences.
  • Manage classroom behaviour.
  • Support students' learning and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completed a degree (within the last five years).
  • Registered with UCAS.
  • Passion for education.
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Meet our full vetting criteria.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
