Teaching Assistant Job Summary

Cambian Education is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Cambian Great Dunmow School.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with students who have SEMH difficulties and to contribute to their academic and personal growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students in both the classroom and off-site settings, assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons, and providing individualized support to students.

Key Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths (desirable).
  • Experience working with students with SEMH difficulties (desirable).
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities.
