Job Title: Service Delivery Engineer

Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Engineer to join our team at Intec Select.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Engineer to work with our clients to deliver high-quality IT solutions. As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to determine their technology requirements, working with clients to deliver projects to a defined scope, quality, cost, and timescale, and clarifying client system specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to determine their technology requirements
  • Work with clients to deliver projects to a defined scope, quality, cost, and timescale
  • Clarify client system specifications, understand working practices, and the nature of the customer's business
  • Develop new technologies and implement them
  • Present solutions in clear and consistent written or oral reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Design, test, install, and monitor systems during the project phase
  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers following implementation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT, with experience in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 Cloud, Exchange Online, and SQL. You will also need to have experience in designing and implementing MS Azure/AWS, as well as knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Power Apps, Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Virtualization technologies, Network hardware, Storage, Mobile Device Management, Security products, Backup and DR technologies, and BCP.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000, salary reviews, career progression, training, and certifications. You will also receive an on-call allowance, pension, holiday, and training opportunities.
