About the Role

DHL eCommerce UK Limited is seeking dedicated Delivery Specialists to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring world-class service and timely delivery of parcels to customers, guaranteeing each shipment reaches its destination promptly, in perfect condition, and with exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent DHL eCommerce UK Limited professionally by maintaining a clean vehicle and demonstrating courteous driving behavior.
  • Safely load and unload parcels onto a van, ensuring secure transport.
  • Deliver products efficiently to designated locations within specified timeframes, adhering to delivery schedules.
  • Handle sensitive materials with care and provide high standards of customer service throughout each interaction.
  • Utilize and maintain delivery equipment effectively, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Have experience in multi-drop deliveries, demonstrating efficiency and organization.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
